Fixed a bug with adding columns to overlay tables. This bug has appeared in some specific versions of Confluence.

Macro features:

• Changed logic of appearance of the top menu. If inline editing is disabled, top menu is still visible and setting can be changed in view mode.
• Added tooltips to the icons in the top menu.
• Filters and sorting: Chanaging button names, introducing new windows, which explain logic better.
• Settings for all tables were applied on user level for all tables. Now all settings are moved to table level, so any user sees table the same way. Settings can be managed in view and edit mode of a page.

Other minor improvements and bugfix.

• You can now enable the overlay feature for all spaces except the selected ones.
• Content that is restricted from inline editing now appears with yellow borders if you choose to highlight it.
• Now if a macro contains several tables, all tables except the first are not hidden as before, but are automatically converted to standard Confluence tables.
