Extending the REST API with aggregated Cycle Time statistics

In this version, we have expanded the functionality of the REST API, so that now you can access aggregated Cycle Time data in the pull request statistics resources at every available level. This data includes:

• average
• median
• 75th percentile
• 95th percentile
• 99th percentile

All values are measured in seconds for each cycle phase and the complete cycle time for a selected set of pull requests.

This enhancement simplifies computing, combining, and incorporating data into your work processes and analyses.

In this version, we've also added the full support of the dark theme to ensure a seamless transition between various tools within your work environment.

We're happy to share that we've made significant improvements to the Pie Chart Report in this app update. We have completely reworked the backend, and after rigorous testing and optimization, we are excited to let you know that the report now works up to 80% faster on large repositories and projects compared to the previous versions of the app.

We've also updated the sorting of the pull request list, so now the pull requests in the feed are displayed based on their creation date, with the most recent ones appearing first.
