The Easy Agile Team is excited to announce the release of Easy Agile TeamRhythm 15.4.0!

• Customers using Scrum boards can now create a retrospective at any time.
  • Empowering teams to reflect on anything, not just the most recent sprint
  • Enabling continuous improvement moments outside the sprint cycle
• Grid layout view for retrospectives has been retired.
  • Retro boards using grid layout will now appear in the column layout
  • Customers enjoy continued access to retro information previously in grid layout.

  • Asynchronous or Together: Voting participants can estimate an item of work together in real-time or asynchronously on the Jira issue.
  • Vote Visualisation: Once all votes are in, avatars and playing cards automatically reorder from lowest to highest.
  • One Click Updates: The most common vote is automatically suggested and can be pushed directly to the story point field with just one click, prompting re-discussion and a revote for greater consensus.

• Jira Flags:
  • Jira Flags now display in the User Story Map the same way they appear in active sprint or kanban boards and backlogs; highlighted yellow with a flag icon on the card.
  • Teams, team leads and coaches can quickly identify and unblock impacts to team workflow.
• The character limit for 'View' names has been increased to avoid creation failures.
