It was discovered that the publicapi/mailbox/deliver service could not handle multipart mail. This release removes some less travelled capability for SMIME mail handling in order to re-enable the publicapi support for such content types.

This change is currently only applicable to the 9.12.x LTS Jira compatible release of JEMH (4.1.x)

If you encounter problems with SMIME support just uninstall this 4.1.58 release and use an earlier version (accepting the limitation affecting the /publicapi/mailbox/deliver service)
