New CSV report for page restrictions and publishing status

We’ve added a new CSV page restrictions report to the general Publishing Configuration section. This report lists all pages that have both page restrictions and a Comala Publishing status.
Note that the pages included in this report will not have their publishing status migrated to the Confluence Cloud instance.

draw.io Diagram links are not updating

We resolved an issue where links within draw.io diagrams were not updated correctly during publishing to target spaces.

When migration data includes a page in Confluence server or data center that only exists in the target space, the publishing data of that page is not included in the migration.
