(AI powered) Automated Release Notes & Reports for Jira

We have brought the DC version with this release in line with Cloud as there were a number of Cloud updates since the last DC release back in August 2025. Some of the important changes include

• DC to Cloud migration path enhancements
• Limits added to number of rule actions, cron intervals & number of Jira issues returned in a query
• Jira compatibility upto V 10.7.4
• Other minor changes
